Good news, the Erasmus+ project Nhemesys has been selected by the European Commission and will start in January 2020.
The aim of the Master Class Nhemesys is to provide the medical community with (i) theoretical foundation and practical applications on the generation, management and analysis of next-generation sequencing (NGS) data as well as (ii) experience in the analysis of real world human NGS data sets.
In addition, it is intended to add a purely clinical approach and highlight the particularities of the use of NGS in haematological pathologies.
An important point is to determine the barriers and risks for the implementation of NGS in healthcare and show future trends that will reach the European National Health Systems.
This project intiates the cooperation of two Innofluence ‘partners: the spanish company Idimas and the french hightech company Mnemotix.
Budget: 830 000€
