Innofluence forevergreen

Having supported the Défismed* association on a number of projects, the founder of Innofluence has decided to develop a special department to support innovation in the tourism sector in close partnership with the association.

While Innofluence provides expertise to accompany innovative projects, Défismed is a network for broadcasting information, sharing experiences, pooling skills, capitalising on knowledge and reflecting on issues at the service of organisations managing sustainable development in the Mediterranean. This network puts together dozens of ecotourism sites, 9 professional associations in the domains of tourism, 3 universities (Nice, Toulouse, IHEC Carthage, Paris Sorbonne) and expert in different fields around tourism (environment, food, sport, business, accommodations…).

All together, we develop a set of actions aiming at promoting ecotourism.

*Défismed was born of the desire of experienced professionals and citizens to pool their skills to promote ecotourism as a lever for ecological transition by involving local people, who are co-actors in their own development. Défismed has drawn up a charter setting out the values of “GREEN” ecotourism, in line with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs 2030). GREEN ecotourism generates sustainable local development, preserves and enhances biodiversity and cultural and intangible heritage.
